Agreement and scope
These terms govern the public websites and digital tools operated by Octet Networks LLC. Purchased services, service levels, installations, pricing, support, and account matters are governed by the applicable signed agreement and service-specific policies. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Information, previews, and availability
Coverage maps, network visualizations, speed tools, build percentages, planned capabilities, and coming-soon features are estimates, demonstrations, or planning information unless expressly identified as live and guaranteed in a signed agreement. A location inside a planning area is not a service commitment.
Permitted use
Use the site only for lawful business evaluation, authorized account access, and communication with Octet. Do not interfere with the site, evade access controls, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, perform unapproved security testing, or impair service.
Accounts and portal
Portal accounts are for authorized users. Safeguard credentials, use multi-factor authentication when offered, keep account information current, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The design, code, copy, graphics, logos, service marks, and original content are owned by Octet or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the site for its intended purpose; no ownership transfers.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as is and as available. Octet disclaims implied warranties and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete operation. Nothing here changes an express warranty or service-level commitment in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octet is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the public website.
Law, changes, and contact
Michigan law governs these terms. Website disputes will be brought in state or federal courts in Wayne County, Michigan unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
